ALEX BLANKENSTEIN, LCMHC, M.S.

Workshop & Intensive Facilitator

With years of experience working with couples and individuals in under-functional relationships, I have found a passion and helping people turn inward to help heal and reintegrate the inner relationships that carry heavy burdens and that often are at the root of outward dysfunction.

Through mindful "YOU" turning, I believe everyone is capable of freeing up the parts of them that are bound by restricting beliefs, then returning to their outward relationships from a more whole-hearted place.  Using my experience in mindfulness, internal family systems, and psychodrama, I find immense joy in joining others in their journey toward greater internal and external connection.

I specialize in betrayal trauma, sexual health education, out of control sexual behavior (OCSB), mindfulness, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression.

I live with my partner, Jessy, and children in Utah.
